Pro Site were tasked to carry out a full Cat”A” strip out and clear from site the old Clinton Cards retail store at the Arndale Shopping Centre in Manchester.The project requirements were to strip out all floor, wall and exsposed grid ceilings. The main shopfront was also removed by Pro Site. A full strip out to the back of house was done, removing the mezaniene floor and shelving systems. All lighting, power and cable trays removed. A total of 850m2 of retail floor space was stripped out and cleared from site in 8 days.
